The Best Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Get ready to satisfy your fall cravings with this must-try Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread Recipe. We all know that the season of "pumpkin everything" is upon us, and this bread recipe is a standout! It's super moist, easy to make, and features a delicious cream cheese glaze drizzled on top.

*Before getting to the recipe, it's important to note that an update was made after many readers shared that the middle of the bread was a bit too mushy. Therefore, the updated recipe uses less pumpkin pureƩ, which was just the trick!

Guys, this bread is it. I mean, the fall season demands all kinds of baking, and this pumpkin bread needs to be in your recipe arsenal.

Sure, a simple quick bread might not sound like anything unique, but I guarantee that this pumpkin bread recipe is one of the moistest recipes that you'll ever taste. A bonus is the amazing aroma that will fill your kitchen.

The recipe includes a spice trifecta of fall favorites - pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Additionally, it's much healthier than typical sweet bread thanks to the use of almond flour and a minimal amount of maple syrup. Easier on the waistline but just as tasty!

This pumpkin bread recipe is gluten-free and paleo diet-friendly if you omit the cream cheese glaze. Moreover, it's perfect for a low-carb diet because almond flour is high in protein and low in carbs.

To create the perfect sweet taste, maple syrup is used to complement the pumpkin and cinnamon flavors. And let's not forget the delicious cream cheese glaze that6 adds a real burst of flavor inspired by pumpkin bars. However, if you want to keep your pumpkin bread refined sugar-free, simply omit the glaze. I promise that it still tastes amazing all on its own.

What makes this recipe even better is that it's incredibly easy to make. You merely mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, pour the mixture into a loaf pan, and bake it in the oven. It's the easiest fall treat that you'll love.

There's no right time for pumpkin bread. You could relish a slice with a cup of coffee in the morning or as a midday snack or even after dinner when you are craving something sweet. Basically, it's perfect ANY TIME, and I'm definitely not complaining about that.

If you love this recipe, you'll love more pumpkin-inspired treats like pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting, a skinny pumpkin spice mug cake, easy pumpkin muffins or even a savory route with pumpkin and sage stuffed shells. As you can see, pumpkin season is my absolute favorite!

I hope that you all enjoy my favorite pumpkin bread recipe. Don't forget to tag Healthiest Food Choice on Instagram or Twitter if you do happen to make this bread. Everyone should have a go-to pumpkin recipe and make this one yours this season!
