Keto cauliflower crust pizza

Here is a recipe for pizza with a Keto cauliflower crust:


  • 1 head of riced cauliflower
  • two huge eggs
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup
  • Oregano, dry, 1 teaspoon
  • one-half teaspoon of garlic powder
  • To taste, add salt and pepper.
  • Your prefered pizza toppings, such as tomato sauce, cheese, meats, and veggies


  • Turn on the oven to 425 °F (218 °C).
  • Use a food processor or grater to rice the cauliflower until it has the consistency of rice.
  • Riced cauliflower, eggs, grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be well blended in a big basin.
  • Spread the cauliflower mixture out into a uniform layer and shape it into a circle to resemble a pizza crust on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  • The cauliflower crust should bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven, or until golden brown and crunchy around the edges.
  • After taking the crust out of the oven, cover it with the toppings of your choice.
  • Back in the oven, bake the pizza for a further 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Before slicing and serving, remove from the oven and allow cool for a few minutes.
