Ingredients
  • instant rice
    2bowl
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • onion
    1/3ea
  • leek
    1/2handful
  • Red pepper powder
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Vinegar
    1spoon
  • salted anchovies
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • cockle
    2spoon
  • leek
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1.5spoon
  • Sesame
    0.5spoon
  • Sesame oil
    0.5spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare 1/2 handful of chives, 1.3 onions, and 2 cheongyang peppers.
And minced chives and onions
Chop the cheongyang peppers.
If you can't eat spicy food well, eat less hot peppers
You can skip it.
STEP 2/6
Drain the can cockles on a sieve
I left the cockle soup Put it in the sauce, please.

Put 1 chili powder, 1 sugar, 1 vinegar, 2 cockle soup, 1 anchovy extract, 1 minced garlic, 1.5 minced green onions, 1.5 sesame oil, and 0.5 sesame seeds

Add all and mix.

If you put the mixed rice and seasoned cockles on top
