Toss the carrots with 1 tablespoon of salt and let sit for 15 minutes. Squeeze out moisture, then sauté for 4 minutes.
In the same pan, add a little vegetable oil and cook your protein (beef, chicken, or tuna) until golden and fragrant.

Step 3: Assemble the kimbap
Lay a sheet of seaweed shiny-side down on a bamboo mat.
